@sandeep201 Currently, disabling song synchronization isn't directly supported. As a workaround, you can toggle playlist shuffle on/off and then ask the skill to play it again. Feel free to reach out if you have more questions! 🎶 #AlexaTips

@MyQuirkyWays Hi Leslie, the fast forward/rewind features are available for everybody. To use it, you need to stop a playback first, then say: Alexa, ask Sound Stream to skip forward 30 seconds.

@MyQuirkyWays Hi Leslie, it is available for free version as well. If you have your audio playing you need first to stop it and then skip forward/ rewind:
- Alexa, stop.
- Alexa, ask Sound Stream to skip forward 30 seconds.
