@ATTHelp why is my download speed so slow? Great speed to and from the gateway, download speed to any device is terrible. Upload is fast. It worked great earlier. I’m in Asheville NC and great job reconnecting us, but this is unusable.

@ATTHelp Is there a problem with Fiber internet today? It’s been fine all day, now shows connected but speed is minimal. In Asheville NC. Upload seems ok but download at 1 Mbps. Backbone issue? I can connect to servers 70 miles east, anything local or west is minimal.
