It’s been 5 years since the Inspector General’s office said CPL is grossly understaffed. CPL is still at ~70% of intended staffing, yet expanded hours at all locations in 2022. Every CPL worker is doing the job of >1 person. Don't we deserve a #FairContractNow @chicagosmayor?
