@HMRCcustomers A rebate mistakenly awarded by HMRC error that is bow requested back three years later. There have been carious complaints logged bit generally horrendous service. I sent it to the HMRC address i was supplied at BX91AS

Again no show engineer. Next day engineer out. Still no internet. Hours and hours of calls to inept staff, bounced around departments. Told it must be in house. Also discovered that the complaint I had started the previous week had never been recorded.2/4
