@foreversahej but like isnt it quite individualized? alarm clocks dont wake everyone up in the same way. Circadian rhythm/body clock means you wake up at a regular time each day, light sleeprs may wake up regardless of alarm clock but other noises, super deep sleepers need like 10 alarms
