Update to my passport rant. Managed to get through on the phone to @TNTUKCare, spoke to a service rep. My phone number was added to the delivery, telling the driver to ring me when at the property. Today, the driver did, and I got the passport! 3hrs total on hold paid off

@TNTUKOfficial seems incapable of providing the service they were hired to deliver, and @TNTUKCare seems to not be manned. @HM_Passport how do we fix this? Who should I contact to get my passport?

@chrisgolds I did manage to get through, shortly after hitting the 1hr mark being on hold. Did you manage to talk to support in the end? Here's to no more random pictures of buildings and a failed delivery txt at next attempt, but actually end up with my passport. Good luck!
