I bought a really expensive VIP seat for @Beyonce concert @SoFiStadium for Sept 1st. I few days ago I had a personal injury that has me on crutches and w/ limited mobility - I’ve contacted sofi they punt it to the the artist & @Ticketmaster - TK then punts it back #ADA #Beyonce

@urbansitter y'all are so unhelpful. I've been trying to get an issue resolved since 12pm pst. Its super frustrating, bc you do what you are asked by the automated systems set in place but they aren't helpful! I've emailed y'all and I see that you open my emails but don't respond.
