One thing that stuck with me from the #reading #mentalhealth session today. When describing the difference between working in a #3conversations relationship based way compared to ‘old world’ assessment bureaucracy, worker stated “I feel like I’ve actually done some work today”

Great session in #reading with the #mentalheath social care team sharing their experiences of the #3conversations with colleagues, partners and seniors. Some good collaborative thinking about taking the approach further, together.
