今天整理了不同block的施工更新。

有的已经进入内部施工，有的还在木架阶段，有的刚开始地基工��。外界看到的是同一个项目，内部面对的却是多条不同的时间线、依赖关系和责任。

有价值的项目沟通，不是笼统地说“进展顺利”，而是讲清楚已经完成什么、下一步是���么、哪些时间仍待确认，以及各方需要提前准备什么。

沟通不能消除不确定性，但可以让不确定性变得可管理。

刚进入地产行业时，我做的是设计。
图纸和方案允许讨论、修改。后来开始真正面对价格表和合同，感觉完全不同。一个数字、一个版本或一句话出错，后面可能就是客户、公司和律师之间的真实问题。
消除恐惧的方法很直接：把一份600多页的合同逐字读完。
后来处理了六七百份合同，我才明白，专业很多时候不是天赋，也不是胆子大。只是愿意在不熟悉的东西面前坐得足够久，直到它不再陌生。
