I watched the whole thing today. I actually agree with the judge on this one. I want Robinson to eventually be convicted and put to death.

I don’t want him to get off on a technicality. The judge will see this evidence for purposes of moving to trial.

Keeping it sealed until a jury is seated closes appeal issues that could come up later. Unless the evidence is ruled as inadmissible for trial it will be made transparent then.

Pass a statute defining “under the jurisdiction” in great detail. The cloudy language of the 14th is part of the problem.

What can we do now?

Pass much stricter visa laws. If you're pregnant, no visa.

Ifyou want to visit a US territory, you must have a visa with strict vetting.

End dual citizenship.

End the exploitation of U.S. surrogacy laws.

Mass deportations.

We now need congress to write a law defining “under the jurisdiction” of the United States.

It’s not a shock, but this birthright citizenship decision is such a groaner. Roberts thinks that if he doesn’t let Chinese keep spawning new “citizens” during flight layovers in Saipan he’ll be a new Justice Taney reviving the Dred Scott decision.

Overturning this travesty needs to be a new judicial litmus test for conservatives the way overturning Roe was before.
