I bought a 24GB + RTX 4050 laptop with premium warranty, and now your store wants to replace it with a 16GB model at a higher price!
They’ve kept my laptop sealed for a week now and I can’t continue my content creation work.

there is no point of buying premium warranty from them .. they still end up telling you to pay extra 👎👎👎

Worst service @Lenovo_in @Lenovo I have LOQ Laptop 24gb variant 4050 which stopped working. I am asking for a replacement and you don’t have that variant. Now the dealer is asking me to pay extra for similar variant but 16gb ram. How is that fair? This is the service you provide?
