The Mehndi Hand Impression preserved in the Archives Museum of the #RajasthanStateArchives is attributed to the Mughal Emperor #Aurangzeb. It was sent to Maharaja Ajit Singh of Jodhpur upon his accession to the throne during his childhood. In the Mughal period, the Mehndi Hand Impression was regarded as a symbol of friendship, royal patronage, and protection.

102 Years ago, on 06 March 1924-The ‘Teen Murti’ statue representing 3 life size soldiers of Jodhpur, Mysore & Hyderabad Lancers was commissioned. Now called Haifa Chowk was then commissioned at cost of 9000 Pounds, paid by above three Princes.
