@allianz_stad help please! I'm trying to sort disabled parking for summer kick off. We are already registered and I've logged in and I am faced with 3 options and I don't know what they all mean!
@TfL From looking at the status updates the lift is still out of order but journey planner still tells me to go to canning town.Trying to work out an alternative route, without too much walking. I believe waterloo to bond street then to Custom House is a wheelchair friendly route?
@TfL I am making the journey to Custom House for Excel from Waterloo on Saturday. I've just seen on live updates that the lift at canning town to the DLR is not working. Is this likely to be fixed by Saturday as my husband is in a wheelchair? If not can you advise on alternative
@TravelodgeUK could you please explain why when I have booked an accessible room, as stated on my booking, I have arrived to check in to be told that the accessible room is occupied?!
@SW_Help We are due to travel to Wimbledon on Monday with a wheelchair and have seen this message - The lifts are out of order between platforms 1 to 4 and the rest of the station at Wimbledon station. Can i clarify if we are able to exit the station if we arrive at Platform 5?
@MewesKeith It's so hard isn't it. There's been so many things we've wanted to take our 8yr old to but we can only get 1 ticket plus carer and no option for him or 1 of us would be sat miles away. Sorry moan over (it's something I'm slightly passionate about!) Looking forward to the race! π§‘
@MewesKeith Thats𧑠the case with so many things over here regarding accessibility. We went to California years ago and everything was so easy we could even hire an adapted car. I can't even book an accessible room for the 3 of us without having to email/call and explain the situation!
@UberEats I had a problem where half of my order was wrong and I still haven't back from support when usually it is prompt if there is an issue. When can I expect to hear?
