PNR no 6E 6457 27.10.26 and 6E 6458- 02.11.26 booked before a month with cost approx 88K .Today I recd msg regarding cancellation of both flight with casual reason operational issue. Due to the cancellation my all further booking of hotels get affected caused losses.

Booked tkt vide pnr 2822779671 NZM -GDA in 01484 Sp train. Now no halt is showing at Godhra even time is rescheduled to reach at BRC @15.00 hrs instead of reaching GDA @10.30 am. No one is clarifying @halt nd timing .

PN R no 2331119967 There is no water in any tap at JAT railway station though thousands of pilgrims r rushed to visit Vaishno devi temple. Very pathetic condition on railway station. Take remedial action urgently.

Train no 12946 PNR no 2118781318 selling local brand water bottle as per instruction of pantry manager. Also even guideline of railway unauthorised passengers are in coach and even up to GGC no TTE has visited coach S8

It is 14.00 hrs now and still lunch is not provided in the train. Very pathetic situation in Rajdhani train 12431.
Requested to look in the matter as many of passengers may have to take their medicine.

@AshwiniVaishnaw 12431 Rajdhani train local train jaise har station par rok kar 4 hrs se bhi jyada late chal rahi hai . Age ki train milegi nahi aur paise railway vapas karegi nahi . Logo ke pas sirf Vande Bharat ka option bacha hai kya. Rajdhani jaise train ka koi review nahi hai .

In the era of Bullet/VandeBharat train, 12431 Rajdhani is running late by more than 3 hrs & getting more late W/O any reason Passengers are under shock to see pathetic cond of the train. Pl review,to reach in time for taking other connecting train.

In the era of Bullet , Vande Bharat train , no focus is being given to even Rajdhani trains resulting train no 12431 is running late by more than 3 hrs. How can passengers can plan for other connecting train.? Leads to missing of train . No information with passengers for late.

No lower birth is being adjusted for old Sr ctz mother of 85 yrs old.(Widow of Ex Railway employee at Dahod as Chief Parcel Sup.) Even coach conductor was requested but regretted request . Pl do needful.
