Extremely inaccurate excuses being provided for over a week and now i am being told (after i followed up) that they can’t deliver the product. Return is being scheduled for 13 Nov and refund even later. What sort of service is this?

@ICICI_Lombard why is it that i can never renew my icici lombard health booster top up policy online or even over an email or phone? Every year i need to make multiple calls and write emails before i get a payment link. The main policy is renewed smoothly but not the booster.
