Somehow I think a more humane/responsible thing is to give employees a chance to fix problems before you randomly lay them off. You lose some talented people in mass layoffs. Once they are gone you lose all the knowledge they have built up over the years.... Big mistake!

Well the airlines are sure making up for Covid..... Tickets that used to be $100 are now $350+. Some flights "in the US" are at $1100! To top it off they cancel flights constantly. Time for some regulation of the industry.
