@firstcryindia Ordered a baby cot on 14 Oct because your site showed SAME-DAY delivery. 8 days later, still nothing - despite repeated calls, follow-ups and emails. Our newborn has been home a week without his cot. Unacceptable. Resolve this urgently and stop misleading parents.

I ordered a 3-door wardrobe from Home Centre, Alwarpet, Chennai on 12 Dec 2025. Delivery was promised within 7 days.

The so called refund was promised to be offered only as a credit note (understandable since vouchers were used). BUT - Frankly, after this experience, I don’t see why I should shop here again.

For the duration I’ve been forced to wait, the same amount invested in silver would have yielded ~50% returns, whereas here my money is locked with no product, no refund, and no accountability.
