Their Airtel Thanks app doesn’t provide an option to request termination. If we contact their call centre, they make it extremely difficult to place a simple termination request.

I’m not sure why they would want to retain a customer who is already dissatisfied.

As a “Prime” member, I’ve been chasing a simple gift card issue for 3 weeks — something a bot could’ve fixed in seconds.
After multiple agents and endless follow-ups, still no resolution.
