@nathie I would have said to get those sweet self tracking controllers but if you can get them for $300 for Quest 2 that adds another option.

@_LucasRizzotto Meet with your friends in VR is the wrong approach. My friends don't care about VR. Make NEW friends is what should be promoted. I made lots of new friends in Second Life.

There's even a joke about how people don't want to share their Twitter handle with RL friends.

We need to ask why robots need to look like humans when most engineers would agree that it's much easier to make task specific robots without that constraint.

Ironically, many Second Life avatar accounts on Twitter are there because a decade ago they got kicked off of Facebook because they weren't real people.
