@MoCA_GoI @MoCA_GoI, I had informed @makemytripcare well in advance about my trip cancellation, but they failed to update @IndiGo6E and I’m now being penalized for their lapse. At least, I should receive the refund applicable for a cancellation made more than 3 days before departure.

@makemytripcare I've been asked by Indigo to obtain approval from a DGCA doctor for a medical waiver. However, the doctors listed on the DGCA website aren't responding to my calls, leaving me stuck once again with no way to move the process forward. Looking for a resolution @MoCA_GoI @IndiGo6E

@makemytripcare Rcvd a mail - refund of 10% of my booking amount from MMT. Cancellation was informed well in advance, but MMT failed to notify the airline. Despite submitting valid medical docs that qualify for a full refund. At least the refund should reflect actual airline cancellation charges
