दंतेवाड़ा के बचेली टेलिंग डैम-1 में 04.06.2026 के बेदखली आदेश के तहत दशकों से बसे आदिवासी परिवारों को बिना पुनर्वास और बिना समुचित सुनवाई उजाड़ने की तैयारी है। यह संविधान के अनुच्छेद 14, 21, 300A तथा 5वीं अनुसूची की भावना के प्रतिकूल है।

मुख्यमंत्री जी, उपमुख्यमंत्री जी (बस्तर प्रभारी) एवं मुख्य सचिव जी—आज 14 जून की समय-सीमा समाप्त हो रही है। यदि बेदखली आदेश पर रोक, स्वतंत्र न्यायिक जांच तथा स्थायी पुनर्वास की लिखित योजना घोषित नहीं की जाती, तो कल से बचेली में अनिश्चितकालीन धरना प्रारंभ होगा।

“पुनर्वास पहले, विस्थापन बाद में” — यह मांग नहीं, संवैधानिक अधिकार है।

दरअसल अंजना ओम कश्यप का बेटा जिस स्कूल में पढ़ता है,वो दिल्ली के सबसे महंगे सिक्योर इलाका चाणक्यपुरी में है उस स्कूल की सालाना फ़ीस और कुल खर्च मिलाकर क़रीब 50 लाख रुपए है।
वो स्कूल बनवाया कैसे गया था,वो स्कूल प्रधानमंत्री आवास के बगल में बेचा कैसे गया जब पता करने जायेंगे तो पता चलेगा शिक्षा माफिया टीचर नहीं कोई और है।

Khan Sir ने कहा दिल्ली के चाणक्यपुरी में एक प्राइवेट स्कूल को 8 एकड़ जमीन केवल एक रुपए में दी गयी.

Khan Sir ने बताया इस स्कूल की फीस इतनी महंगी है कि आम आदमी के बच्चे नही पढ़ पाते.

Khan Sir ने कहा, इसी स्कूल में एक बड़े पत्रकार के बच्चे पढ़ते हैं.

इस स्कूल ने दिल्ली के सबसे पॉश इलाके में 8 एकड़ भूमि एक रुपए में हासिल कर 60% सीट A ग्रेड सरकारी अफसरों के बच्चे के लिए आरक्षित कर दिया.

मामला दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में चल रहा है. बात शिक्षा माफिया पर नही हो रही है. कम दरों पर शिक्षा उपलब्ध कराने वाले शिक्षकों को टारगेट कर देश कर शिक्षा माफिया को संरक्षण दिया जा रहा है.
