I've a horrible experience today w/ @RecologyWZ driver & customer service. Today's the scheduled pickup day for my neighbourhood, driver came and picked everyone except mine. I called CS for reporting the missing pickup. The rep is totally rude & thinks I'm being unreasonable🤬😡

@united Your baggage claim employee didn’t provide any help and instead complained and lectured me on what I should put in my luggage. I wonder is there any “special” or hidden restrictions I should “follow”
