@KotakBankLtd मेरा Kotak Credit Card बिल ₹2,91,000 था, जिसमें से मैंने ₹2,88,000 समय पर चुका दिया। ₹4,000 की पेमेंट मेरी दादी के हार्ट अटैक की वजह से 4 दिन लेट हो गया।
फिर भी Kotak ने ₹17,500 का चार्ज लगा दिया और मेरी मेडिकल इमरजेंसी को भी नजरअंदाज कर दिया। @RBI
