@realDonJunk @iamrahstradamus Of course words change definitions over time. But the literal definition is fairly straightforward here, as it is with all other isms. There is indeed an added problem when we're discussing systemic oppression and the isms that drive it, but racism is an independent concept.

@realDonJunk @iamrahstradamus I'm not saying Clark is racist. Racism is, by definition, race-based prejudice. It can be a belief in racial superiority, or sometimes it's just assuming something about someone based on their race. The ability to act on it (power within the system) is irrelevant.

@MitchHollywood The only people that would say "stuff" without going into further detail don't understand how government works or don't have the patience to explain it. "Stuff" covers an absurd amount of important things - but we should still want to do those things efficiently.
