Missing Person!
Ibechem Makuochukwu Anastasia has gone missing since 30th September, 2023. Achala Layout in Enugu, was her last known location.
Don't ignore. It takes One Second to Retweet 🙏
1. Not having enough sleep every day can cause desire for sex, depression and addictions. Good sleep is therapeutic.
2. Don't fight over problems money can solve. Go and make the money first, then come back and solve the problem. Never feed your poverty.
3. Being single at 35 means nothing if you are truly happy with the course of your life.
4. Don't be afraid to drop what no longer serves your health and well-being including soda and sweetened juices.
5. Grow to the point where alcohol, processed sugars, and lack of workouts, make you feel terribly awful about yourself.
Repost for others.
You know something crazy yeah?
To think that while Mohbad was alive he may never have thought the day will come that someone like MeekMill or LilDurk will ever tweet about him.
And now in his death,
They know his name world over.
As at last week;
He got to number 1 on apple album, or was it, Apple Music charts in nigeria.
People trooping out across many states in tribute and respect to him. Something he never got to see while he was here.
Crazy how life is.
Crazy how a person may never be alive to witness his own greatness.
A man who in life was a neglected helpless little man who had nobody stand up for him, but in death he’s a celebrated icon that the whole country is ready to fight for.
His story always brings me tears.
Because no human being deserves what he went through.
Anyway for me o,
I won’t stop. I won’t rest.
I will keep demanding #JusticeForMohbad
How about you?
How to reduce potbelly
1. Avoid sugars: soda, honey, fruit juice, etc, will make you add weight.
2. Eat vegetables: cabbage, cucumber, etc, helps reduce fats.
3. Eat proteins: meats, fish, eggs, beans, helps you build lean weight.
4. Hit the gym 4-5X/week: lift weights preferably, no matter how small, it's good for your muscles
5. Say no to alcohol: it causes fatty liver and stresses out your liver.
6. Reduce your stress level: have rest periods, or protected hours.
7. Intermittent fasting: is good for your weight and body functions.
8. Rest more: specifically, have sufficient sleep.
9. Drink more water: is good for your metabolism.
10. Repost: is good for others.
A MEDICAL LESSON FROM JagunJagun Movie:
Did you know the repeated head-jerking to one side by JagunJagun the warrior is a sign of a real-life medical condition?
What he is doing is called “TICS”.
And when a person has had tics for more than 1year, they are diagnosed with a medical condition called “TOURETTE’S SYNDROME”.
Former Ogun State governor Gbenga Daniel has it. Lewis Capaldi has it. Billie Ellish had it. David Beckam has it. Many famous and non-famous people have it.
Infact in the uk alone, about 300,000 children and adults have this same medical condition. It is that popular and common. You’ve seen it before. I’ve seen it before. Or you have it yourself.
Every time you see someone jerk their shoulder involuntarily, or blink their eyes repeatedly, or sniffing uncontrollably or wrinkling their nose many times; all of that involuntary movements you are seeing are examples of “tics”. If this person has had that problem for more than 1year, they have Tourette Syndrome.
So medically, what are tics?
What causes tics and tourette syndrome? What can be done to treat/cure it? Is it dangerous or life threatening? Is it hereditary?
Please read on.
