To @paritytech
I am tired of the endless cycle of demos, prototypes, proof-of-concepts and promises.
At Web3 Summit there was PoP, Playground, AI agents, ticketing, payments and more. The technology looks incredible. Nobody is questioning the engineering talent.
What I am questioning is why we are still having the same conversation years later.
Don't tell me it is coming to a testnet.
Don't tell me it is coming soon.
Don't tell me there will be another OpenGov proposal.
Don't tell me there will be another curator group, working group or treasury-funded initiative that will somehow get this over the finish line.
The problem is not governance.
The problem is not funding.
The problem is not ideas.
The problem is execution.
Parity built this technology. Parity understands this technology better than anyone. If these products are important for the future of Polkadot then Parity needs to own the responsibility of getting them into the hands of users.
Because the market has already spoken. While we celebrate what Polkadot could become, the market continues to value what Polkadot is today.
I don't want another vision.
I don't want another PoC.
I don't want another promise.
I want timelines.
I want accountability.
I want products on mainnet.
I want users.
I want adoption.
Enough demos.
Ship.

Reminder, home prices only rise at the pace of inflation and interest rates falling.
Homes are CURRENTLY priced at 2.7% mortgage rates.
Meaning, homes are 40% overpriced at 6.7% mortgage rates.
Hypothetically…….. We are being taxed on money we never made.
Let that sink in.
If I bought my property outright for $160,000 in 2009
Now the county says it’s worth $446,000.
Did I sell it? No.
Did I make a profit? No.
Did I get a check for $446,000? No.
But my taxes jumped like I did.
That’s the problem.
This isn’t income.
This isn’t cash.
This is a number someone decided on paper and now I’m being billed for it.
If my stock portfolio doubles, I don’t pay taxes until I sell.
If my income doesn’t increase, I don’t magically owe more income tax.
So why does owning a home work differently?
Why am I being taxed on unrealized gains?
A house isn’t just an investment, it’s where people live. And this system means you can do everything right, pay off your home, and still get squeezed harder every year because of a number you never turned into money.
You don’t truly own something if you can be taxed out of it.
This isn’t about “services” or “inflation.” It’s about being charged for value you never received.
It’s time people start to notice.

Polkadot is quietly rebuilding momentum, with important governance changes and a product-focused roadmap:
1. Latest SEC guidance lists $DOT as a digital commodity, not a security, along with $BTC, $ETH, $SOL, $ADA, $XRP, $XLM, $AVAX, $HBAR and others, after extensive compliance work
2. $TDOT, first-ever Polkadot ETP in US, launched March 6
3. Major tokenomics changes went into effect March 14, including a) hard cap (max supply) of 2.1 billion DOT, immediate halving of inflation, and "halvings" of inflation every two years. All approved via on-chain governance
4. You can now pay transaction fees in any approved asset, e.g. $USDT, $USDC (swapped for DOT behind scenes)
5. Focus on "proof-of-personhood" making it easier to avoid bots and Sybil attacks that plague many chains
*Not investment advice, but great to see
Polkadot’s economic upgrade begins rolling out in 10 days.
Enhanced tokenomics increases DOT scarcity and introduces new governance and staking mechanisms.
▸ DOT supply capped at 2.1B
▸ Emissions cut 53.6%
▸ Unbonding from 28 days to 24-48 hours
