Thanks to Davey, a beloved teacher of generations of MoCo canoeists and kayakers, for hanging tough like a champ since June 19 when they held him for five hours and tried to frame him on trumped-up nonsense charges; to Rockville Councilman Adam Van Grack for his great organizing to support Davey; and Norm Eisen and his team for excellent lawyering. Regardless of her dropping the charges, Jeanine Pirro should be charged with presenting false evidence to a grand jury, prosecutorial misconduct, and obstruction of justice for trying to convict an innocent man of causing damage to the Reflecting Pool. They knew he was innocent!
