🇷🇺🇷🇼 Россия и Руанда подписали меморандум о сотрудничестве в сфере здравоохранения

На полях Всемирной ассмблеи здравоохранения глава Минздрава России Михаил Мурашко и глава Минздрава Республики Руанда Сабин Нсанзимана провели встречу.

📋 В рамках мероприятия стороны подписали меморандум о взаимопонимании между Министерством здравоохранения Российской Федерации и Министерством здравоохранения Республики Руанда.

Страны намерены сотрудничать в следующих областях:

▫️ укрепление систем здравоохранения;
▫️ профессиональное развитие медицинских работников;
▫️ профилактика, медицинская реабилитация, диагностика, лечение неинфекционных и инфекционных заболеваний;
▫️ государственное регулирование обращения лекарственных средств и медицинских изделий;
▫️ медицинские научные исследования;
▫️ охрана здоровья матери и ребенка, включая меры по снижению детской и младенческой смертности;
▫️ ядерная медицина и другие.

Today at Kabgayi Genocide Memorial in @Muhangadistr, Rwanda’s health sector and partners joined the Catholic Diocese and residents of Kabgayi for the 32nd Commemoration of the 1994 Genocide Against the Tutsi.

It is a solemn moment to honour former healthcare workers, patients, and caregivers who were killed during the 1994 Genocide Against the Tutsi.

« Les problèmes de l’Est du Congo sont d’abord des problèmes internes à la RDC, ils ne naissent pas en dehors de ses frontières. Quoi que fassent les États‑Unis pour pousser Kinshasa et Kigali à signer des accords, cela ne résoudra pas la crise congolaise : cette crise doit être réglée par les Congolais eux‑mêmes.

La bonne approche, c’est d’encourager la paix entre Congolais : Kinshasa doit parler avec l’AFC/M23 et traiter ces questions en interne. Penser qu’un accord entre les gouvernements congolais et rwandais suffirait à régler la guerre à l’Est est une illusion. On peut dialoguer avec l’Ouganda, le Rwanda et d’autres sur leur attitude vis‑à‑vis du Congo, mais la solution au problème des Banyamulenge et des Tutsi congolais ne se trouve pas à Kigali, elle se trouve à Kinshasa. »
