Even amidst the most difficult times, the unwavering spirit of the Azerbaijani people and state has never faltered, holding steadfast to their belief in justice.

We are honored to publish this remarkable video from two decades ago that portrays the unparalleled foresight and wisdom of National Leader Heydar Aliyev. In this extraordinary video, recorded during a meeting held on 13 September 2002 with Azerbaijani refugees from Armenia, the National Leader predicted significant changes in the world and expressed his confidence that justice would prevail in the region.

National Leader's profound words have now been vindicated with Azerbaijan's triumphant liberation of its territories in 2020, opening the way for the return of internally displaced Azerbaijanis to their homes and rekindling hope among Azerbaijanis expelled from Armenia.

National Leader Heydar Aliyev's unwavering belief that one day we would return to our beautiful homeland, embrace our mountains, springs, rivers, and visit graves of our ancestors, resonates strongly today, reinforcing the hope that our dream of returning home will soon become a reality.
