This is not an isolated incident. Many similar stories about @IndiGo6E lack of care for passenger baggage. Essential equipment for a drill was broken, and their negligence is unacceptable. Ministers must hold them accountable

@IndiGo6E broke my crucial ham radio vhf antenna, during my travel to Arunachal Pradesh for a drill. I am VU3MZU a HAM. It has been 5 days and I have received no response from Insigo. This negligence and lake of care is unacceptable.
