@xxxxzsvg@tommygun19173 When you watch a movie set in primitive times and an old man rapes and impregnates a teenage girl, do you go "Damn that's fucked up" like the rest of us or do you think "Welp that's how it was back then, who am I to judge"?
Cause the vibe you're giving is you'd pick the latter.
@xxxxzsvg@tommygun19173 So why is what Gabi does considered war crimes then if she's attacking her enemies?
You can't pick and choose what constitutes as a war crime by in-universe standards vs our world's standards aka the Geneva Conventions.
Either it's all one or it's all the other.
You retard!
@evermoreau Right now their best bet is escaping the Brimmed Caps and hoping they run into these two out in the wild.
Alaira is the best teacher they could ask for and Euini would make a great and supportive friend for them both, all 3 boys being tainted by the Brimmed Caps in some way.
@pastrymoder@starouuz I don't think she's told ANYONE about Tartah and Custas defecting - not even Qifrey. Poor girl is keeping it all to herself - and the reason we probs haven't even seen her inner thoughts on the matter is probably cause she can't even think about it, it brings so much pain.
@A_Tired_Scribe@starouuz Plus in Ch 41 Tartah does reveal Nolnoa had to go to the hospital after throwing out his back.
So he's not exactly in perfect health... πππ
@H4untedHaus@femchako Considering Qifrey stopped feeling the silverwood effect from being in Custas' vicinity, he probably just assumed Coco successfully used the counterclock spell to save him instead of the Brims taking him away.
As for Nolnoa...
@theedorksinlove You just made me realize something: wtf is Custas gonna do to not be a tree?
Qifrey at least has the memory erasure for Olly.
Is Custas gonna have to do the same to Tartah?
The Brimmed Caps ain't exactly gonna fork over a cure spell so unless Tartah can do something...
@femchako And then when Nolnoa is brought to Beldaruit's device, he either doesn't wake up but instead remains in a coma or he outright dies beforehand. And our boy is left completely broken that magic couldn't completely heal his grandpa. A total crisis of faith.
Why didn't that happen?
@femchako The Knights Moralis arrive and tell him he can't go to the evacuation site with the girls but must instead remain with Nolnoa and all the wounded in the Western Spire so he's just left feeling helpless despite the fact he could be doing so much with the knowledge he possesses.
