For high handedness of one family, having a tainted cabinet, being an epicentre of corruption, turning a blind eye to lawlessness, turning TN into a haven for drugs & illicit liquor, mounting debt, dilapidated education ministry, precarious environment for women & children, divisive politics based on caste & religion, ceaseless failures in delivering good governance, flawed policies & not fulfilling electoral promises, this DMK led govt in TN will be dethroned by the people soon.

I'm convinced India will never be able to compete with the US and China in technology if we keep treating it as a spectacle.
A bunch of influential folks are organising, Asia’s “largest AI event” in Mumbai later this month, and the speaker lineup has Bollywood celebrities, cricketers, and YouTube influencers. These are people who haven't written a single line of code in their lives.
A country doesn't become a technology leader through celebrity endorsements or political speeches. India will never be a technology powerhouse if we parade technology as an accessory. Real AI innovation doesn’t come from celebrity panels—it comes from builders. PhDs, engineers, founders—people who write code, build models, and deploy systems at scale.
The US and China didn’t lead in AI because of influencer summits. They did it through university labs, open-source contributions, and startup founders building from first principles. We need to build an ecosystem to listen and learn from builders.
Technology isn’t a spectator sport. If India wants to lead, we must put real builders at the center of the conversation.
I took an early morning bus to Mysuru, from Bengaluru. ₹210 fare. Comfortable KSRTC bus and a world class highway for fast travel.
But I got a few thoughts.
1) Nearly 30 of the 50 passengers were women. Just show Aadhar and travel free. Is this fair? Is it equality?
2) 20 men are paying for the entire bus. Is that fair?
3) Saw an old man struggling to find notes to pay, while a well off young woman on video call next to him, travels free. Is that fair?
4) If the state is having so much surplus income, why not make it free for these 20 men also? Universal free bus service like airport shuttle service.
5) All over the world, subsidy and welfare is given to those who can't afford. Here, we have women from two rich cities like Bengaluru and Mysuru, traveling free just because it is available. Is it sustainable?
6) Couldn't the same freebie money be used for garbage clearance, pothole fixing in cities, providing water to farmers?
Many more thoughts. But realized that we have entered the vicious cycle of freebies for votes. Tough to get out of it in the near future.
@TusharVashisht Bought your CGM. It is Freestyle Libre Pro CGM. It does not work with your #healthifyme app. Yr customer team don't u/stand that u hv supplied the wrong CGm which never works with NFC. Abbott care also confirms. Hope you refund me the amount.
@svembu I also would like to add the value of a sales professional who would be selling niche machines and customised solutions for manufacturing industries
My 2018 Swift Vxi AMT actuator for shifting gears has totally failed and the cost of the same is ₹87000 + repair charges. Is this a big challenge in AMT cars? #MarutiSuzuki middle class people cannot afford these types of repairs?
@annamalai_k We all voted for your whole heartedly. Where did we go wrong? Did you lose because of money power? I feel that you should take benefits of Modi government to the people correctly. Please do it next two years without fail.
