falling off my routine

felt like i had 2 new years at once

but the “shit, i can actually do this” moment

that’s the infinite fuel

hire 10

don’t bother to interview

never meet half of them

outsourcing team training to some guru’s youtube playlist

“idk, maybe do something different?” as feedback

then wonder why 7 members vanish in 2 months

most of the time, they aren’t “lazy”

they’re just not led

no training other than a google doc

no clear standards set for everyone

no relationship built beyond knowing their telegram profile pic

if your team don’t feel like they have a leader worth grinding for

more hiring isn’t always the solution
