wrote an article for @cookie3 on how to actually track your KOLs. if you want to actively follow what creators are saying about you, when, and why – this is the read for you.
⬇️
polymarket Q2 token launch at $12b+ FDV but 84% of wallets are unprofitable and top 0.04% captured 70% of all profits. 2% of wallets traded $50k+ which means airdrop concentration will be extreme. if cumulative volume is the primary factor, whales dump on farmers day one. the play is accumulating at $2-4b FDV after the shake-out, not racing to farm volume now.
By now you have seen the latest decision from X regarding InfoFi.
While Xeet has never considered itself a a true InfoFi platform, we are obviously affected by this decision.
We have been assessing our next steps forward, and will send a communication on that soon.
In the meantime, all campaigns have stopped.
We will be working with our partners to resolve the obvious open items like, getting payouts distributed for campaigns that have ended, and resolving campaigns that are currently running.
but this KOL would have to set up a completely different account where majority of his audience would be regional (so smart engagement from his "global" KOL friends could actually prevent them from appearing on the leaderboard)
think of it like this:
if I set up today a new account with posts in Spanish only and I translated my content to Spanish and keep my main account separate and both of them perform really well within completely separate audiences they are both of real value for projects running campaings.
by incentivizing these separate accounts, projects can effectively target different high-quality audiences and maximize exposure which is the goal for them
yeah so if you set up an account and use GPT to translate content into another language, and that account gets organic engagement, reach, and smart eng, then you’d 100% be eligible for regional leaderboards
if the content actually spreads within the intended audience, it’s fair game. from the project’s PoV, the goal is to gain mindshare in specific regions. If an alt account achieves that, it doesn’t really matter whether translation tools were used
that said, I doubt someone who doesn’t understand the language and cultural nuances would be able to build a truly impactful audience (but that’s a separate topic) 🙌
@r_rainss@cookiedotfun@RaylsLabs hey, did you participate in farming for $RLS?
stakers need to farm to receive the airdrops
currently $ALMANAK farming is live, I recommend checking out this thread to learn about it: https://t.co/ZhWehEQoZ1
The @almanak airdrop for $COOKIE stakers via Multi-Airdrop Farming is now live.
If you had at least a $COOKIE Bronze staking tier at the snapshot time, you’re eligible to join this MAF and claim your portion of the 0.05% of $ALMANAK TTS rewards reserved exclusively for $COOKIE stakers.
hey, not really.
when @Carlitoswa_y did this screenshot there was a bit over 200 active snappers for @alturax + other campaign participants on the leaderboard had significantly less followers/smart followers than Carlito, meaning the reach he had with one post could have been more impactful than other creators' multiple posts.
if you look at the leaderboard now, there is already much more competition with over 3x active participants in <24h and more KOLs engaging with the campaign.
when a new campaign launches it's always relatively easy to rank high, especially for established accounts with an engaged audience and reach – the challenge is in staying there :)
