@ParthJadhav8 This is all a pricing story imo. Their model put a bounty on building around them, and AI dropped that cost to a weekend. New discipline seems to be pricing so build-it-yourself never pencils.
Where does that logic fall apart? Curious what keeps lock-in working.

Continue to be impressed with New Bedford's ongoing work around housing production. If you're on the South Coast and want to learn more about this "ADU" thing, what you can build, and how to finance it, head over to the New Bedford Public Library on April 9th to learn more.
ADUs became by-right in Massachusetts this year.
Yes, it means more housing—but it also means more choice.
Luxury, independence, multigenerational living—now possible in the places people already call home.
@RoKhanna@ezraklein Institutional investors are not the cause of housing challenges in CA, policy is. Rent control, eviction moratoriums & exclusionary zoning stifled housing productions

The one & only @nathanacurtis gave valuable advice during our panel around a common pitfall in measuring adoption over time: not focusing enough on who is adopting your stuff. 🍳
You should seek to understand who is using which components & how rather than what usage there is.
