everyone wants to sell you some shortcut, biohacking, lean fasting garbo
80% of it is your mindset/discipline skills
20% of it is the nutrition, routine, intensity, mind muscle connection, etc
Discipline is cool, it’s something you need when you wanna loose the love handles or the fat
However the power you’re looking for in fitness
Lies in habit
When it’s habit it’s too strong
It’s a subconscious action
You want a strong body
Focus all of your attention and intention on building that
Keep the image in your head
Now keep that level of attention + intention on it for 90 days
Now it’s habit
Habits rarely break
The lessons you learn in the gym
- discipline
- determination
- self belief
- confidence
- competence
- positive thinking
- power of consistency
Along with a ton other subtle skills and belief patterns
Is it worth 45min a day to build those into your life?

first time going to the gym I didn't focus on the results

here is what I would do
you're busy I get it, it's hard to sit down and prepare something
however, find a time where you can spend 30min preparing your meals for the next few days
rotate through proteins like steak, chicken, ground turkey, and pair them with a carb. Such as rice, quinoa, potatoes, etc
don't like guys that tweet how you should live your life
but if you actually put your best foot forward towards getting healthier and stronger
promise you with everything your life will change
