What type of Fraud are @swiggy riders. I ordered 234804794947293 from the swiggy rider and picked my order from the restaurant then call me to cancel because his bike is not working. I said transfer to other riders if you have a bike issue then cut the call.

Hey @zomatocare @deepigoyal @ACKOIndia I am a Delivery partner and @zomato give all riders to the insurance policy via @acko . In that policy a rider can claim upto 5000 in OPD for family and himself . My Policy was expiring on 17 feb 2026 this is show in acko or zomato app

So My daughter is I'll so i visited doctor on 18 March 2026 doctor wirte some report and any more all bill around ₹2000. So I we t to claim but they @ACKOIndia said you can't claim you already claim ₹5000 limit . I contact zomato they said they can't do anything.
