@British_Airways I am after information about flights I have booked to the US, can I get a voucher for them as we can’t fly there and can I use that voucher to book a holiday? Can’t get through on the phone or a reply anywhere?
Trying to find out about flights change option to the US, chat, no response, web site confusing, tried to call, no one available and cut me off… shocking way to handle customer care. How do I get some help, you have my money.

@RobertDyas Hi thanks for the quick response, day 2 and still waiting, spoke to your team, helpful but they can’t get through to the depot, you courier seems to be too busy and not on their game. Any help on where on earth this package is would be great.
