@leskobro lol split ticket voting in Oregon will be eventually defined as a mental illness. If you don’t understand that the Dems are going to bend you over I almost feel bad
@HuskiesJack And if millionaires tax is not repealed they are all permanently doomed. Last year will have been the last successful season for Seattle sports probably ever.
@Brian_Peotter If you exclude the Indian reservation data from Montana, it would be 1st. Browning and Crow Agency and Rocky Boys really screw up our safety metrics
@AnniesBackAgain Ok go nuclear on government expenditure, gut everything because that’s the only thing that could even begin to make the SS solvent. America overspent for DECADES. Someone has to pay for the bill.
Addendum to the end of this article. None of the above mentioned variables are going to trigger an increase in sales. The only thing that will trigger an increase in sales is a decline in asking prices. Interest rates are not going to go down. No builder in their right mind is going to build in this market. This state is self immolating it economically in real time, so wage increases for potential buyers are a fantasy. Price declines will be the only thing that drive sales.
@BrandiKruse If this doesn’t get repealed this state is finished. It will collapse faster than New york or California. 3 months a year in the summer is not enough to keep people here without lack of income tax. Sell your property now and get out. (This is not financial advice)
@clord983 @JoshuaBarzon It will starting 2028 if you earn over a million. Our legislators did it was massive public disapproval last year. We currently have initiative on the Nov ballot to reverse legislators law
