Istanbul media will tell you Osimhen, Leao, Greenwood, Sane, Hagi, Alex, Tabata, and even Tarkan 😂 are all better signings in the Turkish League than Salah.

Their reason? Salah joined Trabzonspor at 34yo, not in his prime.

But, Salah at 33yo was ranked 4th in last year’s Ballon d’Or just 10 months ago. Not one player in Turkey was in the Ballon d’Or Top 30 last year. Only Salah.
