@bt_uk get a minimum speed guarantee yeah right. Engineer comes out and says it’s not up to speed that they promised and you’ll get a reduction. Customer service says no cos it’s working. Disgusting service. Don’t believe the so called guarantee!!!!

@ShellEnergyHome Don’t bother with this company unless you like being fobbed off. My IHD has not worked for ages and nothing gets done. Phoning twice a week for a month and either fobbed off or told be patient. No solving of issues just fob you off. Don’t bother!!!
