A massive happy birthday to my fibre optic broadband order with @Plusnet - exactly one year since the order was put in, someone from @WeAreOpenreach has turned up and put some cones outside… still no broadband though. But cones none the less. I might put some candles in the top

@jfoster2019@BenGoldsmith Rents skyrocketed. Bills doubled and even treble in some cases. Food prices have gone up by around 25% in the past 2 years. Wages have remained exactly the same. People who were fine pre-Covid are now finding themselves on the breadline through no fault of their own.
@WeAreOpenreach shocking service from Openreach. 10 months I’ve been waiting for a fibre to be installed, four appointments I’ve had to wait in for an engineer. Each time unable to install. Problems come up today that should have been sorted months ago. Lost income - please help
