I'm restarting an old project. It isn't one that I've shared here.
It's in the discovery and research phase right now.
I'm mostly researching the overall viability of the project as well as finding an approach that I like.
I'm not ready to share anything more at this time.
In my mind, a slightly buggier product is acceptable if it fixes issues that existed and were time bombs waiting to happen.
I was using a website to estimate syllable counts. If that ever went down, then the project just flat out wouldn't work.
I got that Haiku Generator completely reworked.
It's a bit buggier than before, but it's (more or less) all my own code.
It also doesn't need an internet connection to work anymore.

Lmao fuck that I stopped working on that less than. A week after I posted this.
Btw, I picked that one project back up & I've gotten a lot further than I did last time. It's still got a long way to go but I'll say give it a month and we'll be seeing the fruits of procrastination
I'm postponing that one project I was working on for the time being. I need a break from it.
I'm currently rewriting the code for my haiku generator. It will still use Markov chains for text generation, but I'm implementing some quality of life features.
They include:

And slightly more control over how the generator prioritizes word selection.
However, I will be dropping multilingual generation (which I never actually implemented in the old version).
Overall, this project will become slightly less accessible due to the added customization
My Tetris program I was working on in the last stream got corrupted even though I saved it. The next thing I code on stream will be backed up on GitHub.
I've decided to try the TTS library I found from 2009. Hopefully it works out.
In related news, I may end up utilizing my Spores Simulator in this project, as well.
The bars are for max count, base radius, depth modifier, starting x pos, starting y pos, starting z pos (modifies opacity and size) and frame rate respectively
