As we predicted when residents overwhelmingly opposed closure of #Wadhurst recycling facility in a campaign led by @wadhurstpc. Let's see what action the newly elected @wealdendistrict Council takes, especially given the arrival of @WealdenLD and @wealdengp Councillors.
Congratulations to those elected to @wadhurstpc for the 2019-23 term, and commiserations to those not elected. #Wadhurst is fortunate to have so many people who wish to serve their community.
