@ArrivaKent I have purchased a 4 week ticket on my connect card but I received an email today saying you are unable to purchase tickets this way is this correct? It says it’s awaiting activation on my account.

@hm Order number 26265098360 was due to be delivered on Monday received notification from Hermes that delivery had been delayed and would delivery the following day but nothing has arrived and no more communication received regarding delivery

@Ask_DP I have tried to contact you 3 times and Hermes but have had no response. Order was placed over 10 days ago for next day delivery still no parcel and no refund please can someone contact me ASAP
