The Buddha himself described different types of fear: the useful kind that prepares us to take skillful action and reduce harm, and the kind that makes us see a cobra where a piece of rope has cast its shadow. ~Pilar Jennings

@meganedere_art @UmActuallyShow@GhibliUSA @IfyNwadiwe @DamienHaas@Black_Purist@FilmingAmanda Yes! I came here to say this.
Not only is it WWI, it doesn’t even make sense chronologically for it to be the Spanish Civil War, and this was the difference between Azeem and Damien tying versus Damien winning.

I hate people who respond "Correct" to just mean "yes" or "I agree". It makes you sound like an snobby arbiter of truth lording over the other person, when really what you're trying to say is, "Totally!"
Need advice. Kept getting TikTok “your account logged in from new device” emails but I don’t have a TikTok account. After a couple years of this I started to get worried. So I logged into TikTok with my email fearing something nefarious. 1/🧵
my email address, not her own. I’m unclear if she was accidentally using my email or what. I don’t know what the right thing to do here is. On the one hand I’m kinda pissed my email was being used and want it back. On the other, what if it was an honest mistake and now 3/🧵
Had to reset the password, of course. After logging in, looks like it’s a girl in Europe, everything’s in…Swiss German? and now I feel bad because she probably thinks I hacked her account but (obviously) I don’t have her email address or contact since she was using 2/🧵
@TheVoidtweetz @dieworkwear If you have no choice but ready-to-wear, at least making sure you shop petites helps (though I still find the proportions too big)
@TheVoidtweetz @dieworkwear …is really to get something made for you. Sometimes I’ve had luck with altering the shoulders and just pulling everything up, but it’s time intensive (and looked bad when I sent it to alterations, I have to do it myself with great care)
@TheVoidtweetz @dieworkwear I don’t think any amount of “fashion advice” about avoiding colors or patterns and other BS you see in magazines has ever worked.
