@Eataly I came 2 celebrate 2nite & although our meal was satisfactory, Im very disappointed. I asked 5/6 staff bout ingredients in certain items due 2 medical conditions & no 1 knew. How can you have staff serving food & not no bout products/ingredients. #transplant restrictions

@DPDgroup_news considering you're a delivery & courier company, you aren't exactly delivering on service. TWO parcels that were supposedly meant to be delivered, haven't been. NO photos taken, NOT signed for so where are they & WHY is tracking saying delivered? Answers please
@trainline_eu why do you make it SO impossible 2 do anything? We buy insurance & not able to get refund. We need to contact you, you don't have a phone line. A huge part of running a service is having decent customer service. No longer able 2 travel as have #COVID19.Please assist
@O2 Ive been a loyal customer 4 yrs & Im left feeling beyond disappointed by the service received. Totally inadequate & on the brink of moving 2 @VodafoneUK. Why is an upgrade THIS hard 4 you? Not happy & wont B staying if this is not resolved by 2moro.

@santanderukhelp Thanks for getting back to me. No, I couldn't get through to anyone. I tried calling the Fraud number and general cystimer service multiple times. Someone is using my identity and set up an account. Id be grateful if someone can advise me on what to do. Thank you
