@NERCNG According to @NERCNG Order NERC/246/2021, DisCos must replace faulty meters FREE of charge and cannot force customers onto estimated billing. Ikeja Electric’s refusal to replace my meter for years while billing me unfairly is a clear violation. #ConsumerRights
