Money grabbers do my nut in.
With Youtube stats like this I can categorically say you could definitely NOT earn 40k a month in Paid Sponsorship.
What you been smoking?
If you have been living off credit cards for a year, you need to get your house in order and go get a real job as content creation obviously is NOT working as a full time job to pay the bills at this moment in time.
It all gets a huge NO vote from me.
This content is not worth 2500 ICP every month. Shut the front door. Sorry, not sorry
@GulaInvestor@OWHistory It's better for Jerry to leave. Octavian Augustus. ICP said it all In fact, Jerry is also very pitiful. I don't agree with him degrading other blockchain tokens and promoting ICP like a cult, but he has nothing because he believes in ICP

@Trisor876@Icpmusk If i hear this stupid comparison 1 more time, i'm going to loose it. ICP and Amazon are NOTHING a like. In the dot com bust Amazon spent 2 years in a bear market then ripped. ICP has been down only for 6 years.
ICP’s thesis is complex, so let’s start with one key fact: its price follows CBR, the sole metric that allows you to assess the network’s true value. This metric has been flatlining for more than 1 year. Nothing will change until ICP influencers start asking critical questions. Second point that needs addressing is the SDR conversion rate, it should scale with price.
After watching Jerry Banfield’s video yesterday, I honestly think it’s best for both him and the internet-computer:native community if he moves on permanently and sells his ICP.
For years, I’ve watched Jerry tell people to buy ICP because it has some of the best technology in crypto and that everyone simply needs to be patient.
Now he’s talking about leaving the community and potentially selling all of his ICP, seemingly because he isn’t being paid to promote it.
That’s a pretty wild reversal.
At this point, the constant swings and drama probably aren’t the best look for ICP or the community.
And don’t get me wrong, I think @dfinity is massively dropping the ball when it comes to marketing ICP.
I’ve been critical of that myself.
But listening to Jerry’s recent YouTube videos has become increasingly difficult to take seriously.
It’s been pretty cringe.
internet-computer:native INFLUENCERS WANT YOUR MONEY‼️ why yours? Because they want dfinity to mint more tokens to pay them. These guys are Jerry, BobbyO and AlexBlockchainCringe.
Remember them and follow me for free.
We need to stop looking at crypto as quick pump and get rich investment tools, the market has matured so much since 2013 that we now have assets that are competing for capital with conventional investments like equities.
I don’t think therefore it’s right to focus on small caps much more but rather look 5-10-20 years from now. What assets will have stay in power. The tiny markets caps will come and go but the bigger picture is to be involved with assets that we will benefit from years from now.
Bitcoin has shown that, Ethereum will be much bigger, XRP is there on top and will stay there , BNB has a future , Solana is relatively new but it has shown its strength. Tron against all odds has proven to be a hard asset in crypto with shallow bull runs and decent bull market performances.
Internet computer protocol has great potential but hasn’t realized any of it yet.
New fronts developing around real world payments are emerge inc with platforms like Zebec network , VELO protocol and QNT.
@cizi31@near_intents@dominic_w kept trash talking Near. Is healthier to prove a point by simply letting the ICP Tech utility speak for it. No need condemning other projects. ICP cannot thrive by creating enemies or bad mouthing others work no matter how great. An arrogant leader can destroy ICP.
6 years after launch, Dominic is still playing the victim card. Why? We need a little pump, no need to be delusional or paranoid and to believe there's a global conspiracy plot against internet-computer:native. Stop it guys, it's cringe!
I first came across @dfinity in 2018.
Back then, the crypto market was filled with projects being labeled as “Ethereum killers,” and @dfinity was one of the projects attracting significant attention.
But what caught my attention wasn’t simply the idea of another L1.
@dfinity was thinking on a much longer time horizon.
Its vision went far beyond blockchain itself: an Internet Computer something closer to a World Computer where software and services could run directly on the internet.
That vision also attracted investment from a number of prominent institutional investors.
I was fascinated by the technological possibilities.
At a time when there was very little information available in Korea, I spent countless hours digging through overseas communities, technical discussions, and whatever material I could find about @dfinity and the Internet Computer.
I’ve now been following the project for roughly eight years.
In 2021, I began investing in more seriously, which means I’ve also spent about five years following it as an investor.
And from an investment perspective, there is no point pretending otherwise:
it has been disappointing.
Technological achievement and market valuation are two entirely different things, and has demonstrated that gap painfully well over the past several years.
Yet there is a reason I continue to follow it.
Once you understand some of @dfinity technological architecture and what it has been trying to build over the long term, it becomes difficult at least for me to view simply as another blockchain competing with other L1s within the crypto market.
Of course, superior technology does not guarantee success.
Technology eventually has to translate into real users, real demand, and economic value.
And this is why I find @dfinity latest major developments particularly interesting.
They appear to be addressing one of the questions I’ve had for years:
If the last decade was about building the technology, how will the next phase turn that technology into products the real world can actually use and pay for?
For the first time, I’m going to put together a longer article sharing my thoughts on this.
I’ll cover Cloud Engines, OpenSaaS, whether these developments primarily benefit @dfinity or actually create economic value for , how they could compete with existing cloud infrastructure, the risks involved, and the different scenarios I see playing out from here.
I’ll also explain why, after following @dfinity for eight years despite the disappointing investment performance I still believe its potential deserves to be evaluated beyond the boundaries of the traditional crypto market.
Article coming soon.
