What's causing the Islamophobic riots across the UK, and why now?

1. The riots have been instigated by the Zionist asset Stephen Yaxley-Lennon ('Tommy Robinson'), who has been working for the State of Israel since 2009 as part of the so-called 'counterjihad' Islamophobia movement established by that state. When his organisation, the English Defence League, was incorporated in 2011, two years after its inception, it was named the English & Jewish Defence League. The Jewish Defence League, a Zionist terrorist organisation, has been a key part of violent Islamophobic street thuggery in the UK over the past decade.

2. Yaxley-Lennon is one of the most high-profile actors in the State of Israel's Online Influencers Programme in response to Operation Al-Aqsa Storm. He and others, like Oli London, Noa Tishby, Hen Mazzig, Arsen Ostrovsky and Emily Schrader (and many others) are paid to distribute Zionist propaganda, of which pushing back against pro-Palestine protests and sowing Islamophobia are two important and interlinked aims.

3. The recent Islamophobic riots in the UK should be seen as the latest phase of the State of Israel's war on British Muslims, who it sees as originating the protest movement in the UK. These riots are designed to punish Muslims for their anti-Zionist sentiment after various other methods to suppress opposition to Zionism by the State of Israel have been thwarted. The State of Israel's attempts to use its assets and operatives in the British political and media class — such as Suella Braverman and Michael Gove — to thwart pro-Palestinian protests have failed. Zionist counter-protests have failed to mobilise significant numbers. Sporadic Zionist thuggery and the use of other assets — such as Iranian secularist extremists — have also failed to intimidate Muslims. So now the State of Israel is weaponising its cannon fodder on the white nationalist far-right, who have greater numbers than either Zionist street thugs or Iranian monarchists and secularist extremists.

4. Finally, there are also questions about which actor authored the idea that Muslims were responsible for the ostensible triggers for these events. MI6 and its assets (eg Paul Mason) are desperately trying to pretend this was a Russian disinfo op. But the original stories did not come from Russia. Where did they come from?

في أي سماء نبحثُ عن هلالنا؟!

على هامش بعض الجدل المتكرر حول هلال ذي الحجة، أجدُ نفسي مضطرا إلى كتابة هذه النقاط السريعة:

أولاً: من المؤسف أن بعضنا ينطلق في النقاش حول هذه المسألة من أهواء أو انطباعات ما أنزل الله بها من سلطان، في حين أن الواجب علينا شرعيا وعقليا أن نحتكم في هذه المسألة الدينية إلى الفقهاء المختصين، لا أن نتكلم بلا مر��عية من الكتاب والسنة، وكأن المسائل الفقهية هي بالرأي المحض وأشبه بأحاديثنا في المقاهي!

ثانياً: مسألة الأهلة قد تكفلت المدارس الفقهية ببيانها، ومشهور رأي الفقهاء فيها ينحصر في رأيين: اختلاف المطالع، والرأي الثاني وحدة المطالع، وبكلٍّ أخذ فريق من العلماء.

ثالثاً: يحاول البعض ترويج مقولات لا أساس لها من الفقه فيما يتعلق بدخول الأهلة، فهناك من يتحدث عن وجود اختلاف بين هلال رمضان وهلال ذي الحجة، فيدعي أن في رمضان بإمكاننا الأخذ باختلاف المطالع، وفي ذي الحجة يتعين توحيد المطالع!! وهذا رأي لا وجود له في تاريخ الفقه كله ولا ينتمي أبدا إلى قول إمامٍ معتبرٍ من أئمة الفقه المعتبرين.

والأغرب من هذا أن هناك من ادعى وجود رأي فقهي معتبر يوجب اعتماد (تقويم أم القرى) في الاستهلال لكل الشهور أو لهلال ذي الحجة، وهذا أيضاً رأي لا أصل له ولا يستند على أدلة نصية من الكتاب والسنة، بل إن أكبر فقهاء المملكة وهو المرحوم الشيخ ابن باز سُئل عن هذا فأنكره وفتواه موجودة في موقعه الرسمي، وكبار فقهاء المملكة على هذا.

رابعاً: هناك من يُدندن حول أن الخليج أو الجزيرة العربية مطلع واحد، وأتمنى أن يفيدني هؤلاء بمصدر معتبر ذكر هذا، بل وجدتُ ابن باز رحمه الله يُمثل على اختلاف المطالع بالرياض ومكة وهذا مذكور في موقعه الرسمي، فالخليج أو الجزيرة العربية ليس مطلعا واحدا.

خامسا: مذهب عامة أهل ظفار الفقهي هو المذهب الشافعي، والإمام الشافعي يعتمد تعدد المطالع، وعلى ضوء هذا الرأي نجد المسلمين في أندونيسيا أكبر بلد إسلامي وفي ماليزيا وغيرها من الدول الإسلامية قد يحصل أن يكون عيدهم في ذي الحجة مختلفا عن مكة المكرمة ولا يُثير هذا أي حساسية أو استياء.

سادساً: إذا كان بعض أحبتنا هؤلاء يميل إلى قول بعض مشايخ السلفية في وحدة المطالع، فإننا نقول لهم: إن نفس هؤلاء المشايخ ذهبوا إلى أن ولي الأمر يرفع الخلاف وأكدوا على رفض مخالفة النظام العام أو تفريق الناس في الأعياد، فلا أ��ري والله على ماذا يُعوّل من يُشكك الناس في أمر دينها!

سابعاً: هناك فرق كبير جدا بين العبادة الشخصية وبين الشعائر العامة كالأعياد، فالعبادة الشخصية تعود إلى الفرد نفسه، أما الأعياد وشعائر الأمة، فتنظيمها يعود إلى الدولة، ومن الخطأ الكبير تقسيم مجتمع صغير وإرباك الناس في أعيادها، أو هز ثقتهم في المؤسسات الرسمية المتولية لهذا الأمر.

ثامناً: هل غاب عن هؤلاء أن الشهر قد يغم على أهل المملكة ونراه نحن أو غيرنا، ففي هذه الحالة هل علينا أن نلغي رؤيتنا لكي نوافقهم؟! فقد تتعذر الرؤية في المملكة ويراها غيرهم في بلدان أخرى ففي هذه الحالة، ما العمل؟!

وأخيراً: أقول لبعض الأصوات الشاذة التي تُضمر الشر لهذا الوطن العزيز، لن تستطيعوا أن تضربوا لُحمتنا الوطنية، ولدينا القدرة إن شاء الله على حل مشاكلنا بروح ملؤها الحب، وعُمان مسجدنا الكبير، وهلالنا عُماني!

أسأل الله تعا��ى أن يُفقهنا في الدين، وأن يُديم علينا الأمن والأمان والوئام وأن يرزقنا البصيرة في ديننا.
